Initiate Your Request
Log into your Brick account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
